Fancy but little smaller than I thought

It smells like cigarettes and is not soundproofed. It's not clean and the interior is ok. Cost-effective Hatachi.

worst soundproofing I can hear coughing from the next room and the front room. I can hear the sound of shoes in the hallway I wish there was a middle door inside
