Very good value for the price. Moroccan at Gold Coast is an older building with many original finishes in the room we stayed (3 bed), and while there were a couple of issues, I couldn't believe how fast HRSP responded and acted to rectify the issues. Couldn't fault a thing - they did everything possible to make it a good stay. Would definitely recommend staying at any of their accommodation units due to the responsiveness we experienced, and we also liked the place overall : )

Our Stay on the Gold Coast was fantastic. Ocean breeze, centrally located, coles downstairs, walk to everywhere. Perfect for Tram rides. Apartment needs a bit more love and updating other then that we loved our stay and will be back :)

It’s in a great location close to everything The room was roomy enough for the 4 of us and good views of the beach & river, lots of closet space, great ensuite & bathroom with bath. Good kitchen amenities if you fancied something in the apartment. The lifts are hit and miss it can take you an age to get from your level to the pool or out of the building but that said it was only annoying while you waited then quickly forgotten. Would stay again and recommend

The location of this apartment was perfect, I could see the ocean from our bed. The main bedroom was slightly away from the rest of the apartment so when the kids woke early we didn’t hear them. Perfect for our family of 5 with 3 boys under 13. The kitchen was small, but we are out most of the time so it wasn’t an issue. The main bathroom shower was not draining on the first night, but was sorted out quickly. The gym is very basic, the lagoon was great for kids, we didn’t check out the other pools. It was a 5 min walk to beach, so many restaurants and shops within à minute. We would definitely use this place again!

Shower needs to be fixed, master room TV is not working, no wifi connection, I booked 7 people 6 night. There is no spared toilet paper, dishwash liquid, dishwasher tube, rubbish bags… can’t really complaint but feels we are not friendly looked after. Too empty in the room… not as good as any the apartments I lived before. Just location is always perfect in this area. Too easy to shopping, going out for everything.
