BEWARE!!! The worst experience of my whole trip in Turkey. Strongly reconsider staying here. Never have I been treated like this before and screamed at by the manager in the hotel room to leave for not being happy. Yes that was his reason to scream at us for an interaction that went for 30 minutes in the room. No kidding. The reason I was unhappy was I was told to wait 5 minutes every 5 minute for an hour since the room was not ready on time and threatened to kick us out on a busy Saturday night because we were not "happy" and only happy people are allowed to stay there. Minus the horrible experience with the manager, the room is very dirty and falling apart. Shower was filled with black mold and constantry flooding. Holes in the wall with paint falling off everywhere. It is located above a party street with music till 3am on saturday and 1am Sunday. We went here knowing this would be noisy yet it was worse that what we though was acceptable. Expect steep spiral stairs and no help with luggage to the room and no safe luggage storage. Breakfast was not offered to us even though it was paid as part of our room.

Good location, nice staff, nice welcome with a Turkish coffee. The major inconvenient is that the club downstairs kept us awake until 3 am on a Saturday and 1 am on the Sunday night with loud life music I have to mention that we are not light sleepers. My husband measured the noi e level on the phone and it was reading at 70 decibel in the room! If your room faces the entry side you are in big trouble like us.
