We made a reservation in May through Booking for July and they canceled it on the way to the location with 4 children in a car. They kept our money and gave us more explanations that there was overbooking, they didn't even give us alternatives. We only managed to speak on the phone with Mafalda and without solutions and bad manners. After 3 months we have managed to recover our money thanks to Booking. Do not book with them if you find a reservation for more nights or amount they will leave you stranded without explanation or refund. Scammers.
