Clean large rooms and bathrooms, Large tvs with Netflix and YouTube Good views of the mountains also I've stayed here 3 weeks and tried 5 other hotels, the Mansion was the better and it's good value. Staff are friendly. Right next to night bazaar, so plenty of music, shopping and food.

Great location, close to Night Bazaar and the local bars. Rooms are large and spacious. Cleanliness was A1. Polite, friendly and very accommodating staff. Allowed us an early check in as we caught the overnight bus. They also offer a laundry service that was delivered to our door. Cannot speak more highly of our experience. Excellent value for money.

I stayed for a month. The owner will give you a TM30, but it is online. I also got my deposit back. Many retired people stay here long term, and have no problems. The rooms are big, and have good views. However, it is extremely loud at night. The place is close to a Muay Thai fighting ring, and a live music show from the night bazaar. If you are in a room at the end of the hall, you can feel the music vibrating the walls. The music stops around midnight every night. It is also across the street from a mosque, so you will hear the call to prayer 5 times a day. The early morning call never woke me up, but it is something to be aware of of you work from home. If you are staying short term, it's fine. Warorot market is nearby, as well as a lot of local restaurants. If you are working from home, or sleep early, don't stay here. Also note that long term guests do not get towels, laundry service or trash bags. Cleaning is 300 baht per time, and laundry is 100 baht per kilo. Electricity is 6baht per kilowatt.

When we checked in the lady asked her money for all nights we order (I made mistake and gave it to her, Today I know to pay per each night!) When we entered the room she pluged in the fridge. (Tells that now body refresh the room before we came). The bed was with white cover with a lot of dust. And the sheets were with stains. There is planty of cellular antenna on the roof The location is good, very close to the night market. The view is nice (from 5th floor).
