If I could give them no stars I would. Whenever we visit Vietnam, we always make it a tradition to stay at a villa in Hoi An. Out of all the times, this was the worst villa ever. They do not keep up with the maintenance. Don’t trust the pictures online. It may look decent but it actually isn’t. The owners were rude, didn’t welcome us when we came. They followed us around and didn’t let us put our belongings on their table. Some of their furniture were old and falling apart. After setting up, we felt unwelcome so we decided to leave. Luckily, we spoke to the booking agency and we were able to get our deposit back. We ended up finding a better place by luck and the host were so genuinely nice and accommodating. I wished I had taking picture before we left to upload here. UPDATE: A family member took some pictures of the villa. Also the booking agency had the nerve to call and harass us to remove this review. The purpose of writing a review is to express the honest experience we encountered and to prevent this situation from happening to future guest. I am extremely upset because I find this very unprofessional.

Everything was amazing! The house was perfect and we made good use of the pool and common spaces. The house was very secure and private and only a 5 minute drive from the old town. Lanh was the best host and helped get us a bus to and from the airport as well as helped us many thing.! Everything was fantastic - cannot recommend this place enough!!!

Very comfortable and good size room. The pool and the room were both spotlessly clean. The service from Lanh was excellent. She went out of her way to make sure we were satisfied and comfortable. Organised motorbikes for us, took care of laundry, made delicious breakfasts and even let us in late one night when we forgot our room key. The location is only a few minutes from the town and it’s easy to get to. Fully recommend this place.

The Peaceful and lovely place to relax, located in middle village at center of rice fields and nipa palm forest, there are free bike for your trekking. You can take bike to the beach watching the Sunrise and swimming under the warms of sea waves or enjoying the Hoi an old town, you also can let your spiritual bring you around the village's road and let's the field's breath touching to your heart. If you want to have quiet corner with your lovely novels there are relaxing sunbed next to the swimming pool will take you into your dreams. Room are clean, new furniture, smooth and warm bed, strong WiFi with big TV, enough for you vacation.😍😍🤩👍
