The location is perfect. The room is small but sufficient for 2 adults. The bathroom is very tiny, so it might be a challenge for larger adults. Hotel staff are super friendly. Some are able to speak multiple languages so we can communicate our needs. Buffet breakfast is just so so. Overall, it is highly recommended for location and accessibility to Chinatown.

Room is old, they still use key to open the door, the most serious problem is in the whole room there is only 1 power point and its far away at the dressing table. The only good thing is its location. Its at the end of yaowarat street you only need to walk straight down.

The worst hotel ever, there are not good things about it, dirty as hell, looks like they haven’t cleaned the rooms in years, smell like cigarettes and dust, dust in the floor like they never sweep, the curtains dirty, the staff is extremely rude, they don’t care and when you complain they don’t care and ignore you. I requested change the room because I had allergies because of the dust and they told me the didn’t have any room available and just sent a guy with an aromatizante can to cover the smell. I had to reach Expedia to request the change and in that moment they showed me like 5 available rooms all dirty. No hot water in the shower, the breakfast is bad. There are trash in the corridors. The fridge had old bad food, and in my room there was trash from a previous guest

Had a great experience staying at this hotel. The hotel location is close to the MRT station (Wat Mangkon) and right in the heart of Chinatown. The customer service is really nice and extremely helpful when we needed help with luggage and other questions. The room is a bit on the older side but wasn’t really any major issues since the room was pretty reasonably for its location and given quality. I highly recommend coming to this hotel!
