Our stay at CHU hotel was beyond exceptional. From the warm welcome at check-in to the impeccable service throughout, every moment felt personalized and genuine. The staff's attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond made my experience truly memorable. The room was not just comfortable but also meticulously maintained. Could this be the best kept secret hotel in Chiang Mai city! We moved here after 2 other hotels and decided to stay here a week. It's peaceful, you can hear the birds, there are trees and nice coffee shops nearby, yet you can't hear the traffic like other places. This is one of the best places we stayed in Thailand, including some which were over triple the price on the islands, yet this one tops them. The staff are also incredibly friendly and helpful too and made us feel welcome.

What a find in Chiang Mai. This is a lovely older style hotel with an authentic feel. Large rooms, clean linen and amazing bathrooms all at reasonable rates. Great location with beautiful garden surroundings. The lane way entrance is weird - but there is magic at the end! The Hotel may be a little tired but after COVID so are many places. Business has slowed. Nonetheless I will stay here again and I highly recommend it. Great value for money and close to excellent restaurants on the river.
