The only negative I can think of is steep stairs…. Which is normal. I really can’t think of anything bad. The rooms are small, but it states they are. The bathrooms are small, but again, we knew that upon booking. The rooms were big enough for our bags and to sleep and that’s what we wanted. The location is great. The staff was very polite and helpful. I lived the bed, the wife said it was a little firm for her. We will definitely stay here again if we are lucky enough to visit in the future.

Stayed for 2 days at this hotel. Location is great, right next to central station and everything is nearby pretty much walking distance. Hotel has very steep stairs so if you are unable to handle it , could be an issue. The workers were lovely, managed to get us a late check in and kindly offered to take our bags to our rooms. The rooms were quite small but we werent really in them, they was spotless and very comfortable. If your looking for good service, decent rooms and amazing location. This is the place!! Do recommend

Had a 20 hour layover headed home, so stayed here for a night. Was a bit surprised at how small the rooms were, and the steep stairs but was no issue. Hotel extremely clean, and staff were nice. Nothing like any hotel I've been in before , and about 25 minutes from.the airport but right in the heart of everything. Definitely recommend.

Ciao Papa offers good value in an expensive city. The rooms are modern and very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the hotel is right in the heart of the tourist district not far from Centraal Station so it's very easy to get around. It's a very good option if you plan to spend most of your time sight-seeing and don't mind 4 flights of narrow, twisting stairs. But keep in mind the rooms are small and you will hear your neighbors through the walls because it is an older building.

The workers there was amazing. They were really friendly and kind whenever you walk by them. I saw a gentlemen help 2 ladies carry their luggage all the way up the the 4th floor because of the steep stairs. I was staying there for 4 days and I personally thought the rooms were really tiny. There was also no shampoo or tissues which was kinda disappointing but I am from America so it is different culture. Reason why I am keeping the 5 stars on the room. The location was great. I was able to get to my tours just by walking so it was really easy. Also tons of food places to eat at and there was a small super market nearby which was really convenient. Thank you for being a kind host and if I come visit again...I am not bringing a big luggage over. 🤣🤣
