We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, January 6 - January 8, 2024. We checked in at 1:00 a.m. on January 7. The receptionist was a friend named Truong (very cold face). On the first night, because I was not familiar with how to adjust the air conditioner mounted on the house, my husband had to ask this friend. went up to the room to help, as soon as he entered the room, he saw me using a foot mop to wipe water on the floor (because when I finished showering, I opened the door and the water followed out, I was afraid of slipping and falling so I had to wipe it), he said, "Can't you?" can be used to clean the house. If the towel turns black and cannot be washed, the hotel will ask her to pay to compensate for this towel." I answered him, "The room is too wet to clean. What should I do now?" I'm so angry. I've stayed in many hotels and there's nothing like this. The foot towel doesn't allow you to wipe water off the floor? In addition, when nearly checking out, my husband sat in the lobby and took out money to count. The security guard asked my husband "counting money?" and just stood there watching my husband count money, which was very impolite. The hotel's breakfast is very boring, just 1 bowl and 1 glass every day. I don't deny that the hotel is close to the airport, the clean room is quite new, the other receptionists are very cute. I will never return and recommend this hotel to anyone.

Me and my family, a total of 6 people, have experienced the service here. In general, everything is great from the welcome drink to the security guard, the female receptionists, and the men serving breakfast. Beautiful, cozy rooms, delicious food. Number 1 in the same segment 👍

Ciao SaiGon 2 Hotel is new, clean, luxurious, the staff is enthusiastic and friendly, especially I love the super delicious breakfast here. Impressed when entering, the staff offered me a delicious glass of ginseng water. Will come back and support when the opportunity arises
