The best part of this hotel is the staff. When my brother got into an accident, they treated him like family and took care of him/visited him at the hospital until we arrived. This showed us that they are 100% devoted to their clients that stay at the hotel. Huge shout out to Yen, the manager, for taking care of our family during out stay and ensuring that our needs were met. Overall, the hotel is in a great location to the beach, restaurant, gym, store, and shopping. The rooms are clean and the staff are very attentive and adjusts to any requests you make promptly. The breakfast is great- lots of different options ranging from traditional Vietnamese food, western food and vegetarian food.

We had an overall comfortable stay at Cecilia. The beds were firm but with a soft layer added. We had a luxurious sea view room, I believe larger than the standard. The pool was lovely. The location very convenient near to the beach. Near to many reasonable priced Indian restaurants and laundry services. Staff were overall helpful but sometimes there were many staff but still took some time for things like check in process and sending the luggage to the room. The rooms are quite big. The breakfast was awesome.

Rooms are very clean and tidy, beach is nearby just 2 mins walk. Keep in mind they do not provide beach towels and they do not allow to take towels outside as well. If you need to go to beach you need your own towel. Location and breakfast is perfect for non vegetarians, Indians can have a problem with breakfast if they don’t have eggs.

Very poor service. Stayed here for 3 days but not even one day we had a good warm hot bath. Although we complained they didn't change anything. We were promised partial ocean view room, but actually speaking u can just see the bath in one small window so I don't call this an ocean view hotel. Please be aware before booking this hotel. And when it comes to food, the breakfast closes at 10am but by 9.30am the chef lady who cooks omelette was giving reasons like we don't have tomatoes and onions sir. I felt it was too silly reason for such a hotel. I won't stay again here.
