First of all, I made a reservation based on the comments here. But it definitely does not reflect the truth. The rooms are very well maintained and clean. The beds are as soft as clouds. bar and sun loungers in the pool and garden area. Brother Mehmet - his brother - Brother Fırat and another staff member with them, forgive me, I can't remember his name :) When you get to the main road, there are minibuses, and if you want a taxi, the Ilıca taxi stand comes directly to the door. It was very comfortable and enjoyable. There are also breakfast services. I would like to thank everyone there who made us feel like family.

Beyond the end. The rooms are not fully equipped. They put water into liquid soap and made a shake. There are no slippers, no shampoo, no cupboard or TV... nothing. The breakfast incident is a complete fiasco. You wake up in the morning, they prepare breakfast if you want. For breakfast, they bring cheese, olives, whole tomatoes, I think we slice them ourselves. I definitely do not recommend

It was definitely NOT hygienic. There was garbage, hair and dust on the floor of the rooms. The toilet was not clean. My cousin's toilet was broken :) The water in the shower cabin was definitely not flowing. There were no hair dryers, shampoos etc. There was no reception. When I asked for water, I was given an opened bottle of water :) We wanted to check out of the hotel without staying even one day, and when we tried to explain this in a polite but determined manner, we were met with low-level reactions. I expected Mr. Mehmet to be open to criticism. I offered to show him the room, but he did not even accept. He said to me, "I told a German to go away if you don't like him" :)) Mehmet's sister said that we were sick and that such meticulousness was not normal. We are currently staying in a wonderful hotel. The rooms are spotless, they provide unopened water etc., I think they are "sick" like us.
