Our check in was easy, our room was not ready, had to wait in the lobby, which we didn't mind. After about 5 minutes or so, we got assigned a room on the 5th floor, room 503. The room looks newly renovated, and still smell of paint. The bathroom door was missing when we entered, and after about 20 minutes, the workers came knocking to say can they come in to attach the bathroom door, we let them in and they did it quickly. The room is very basic. The bed was comfortable, the shower was good, however the toilet is too high up, your feet barely touches the floor. It is also so close to the sink that you cannot comfortably sit. They only gave us one towel for two people. The wifi is terribly poor. And the elevator is out half of the time. We did not have the breakfast for the time we stayed. The good is, the area is full of shopping and restaurants.

Disgusting behaviour by arrogant staff members, despite being repeat customers; they had the audacity of questioning me and my partner's marital status, and then refuse service because we aren't engaged! Thankfully another wonderful staff member intervened, but we will not forget the unprofessional treatment we received, and will never set foot in that place again. If they act like this towards their regular customers, think of the way you will be treated as you'll be considered a stranger.

This is a good hotel on camparison of price Cleaning and personnel was great, acsessibilty was great, The main problem is the walls are very thin and you can see everything from the other rooms It is good if you want to have a place for night not staying all of day

Good price Very Dirty!!! 🤮🤮🤮 Nice location (close to castle, museum ecc) Very Bad organized This hotel has a great past and I hope wonderful future after renovations & restorations. But for Now is NOT CLEAN AT ALL!!! Not recommend for families!!! on the room's door is full of dust, toilets and showers not acceptable. Breakfast is simple and good. I talked with a owners family, they are intrested to do new works and restrictions and brcause of classic style of the hotel will be a great apportunity. I hope next time i come back here i see some changes. Specially for cleaning system. Thanks Mr. Yaşar, receptionist and few staffs. Please: CLEAN THIS NICE HOTELLLLL!!!

Ty this hotel makes me have trauma. The worst i ve experienced . no refigerator, no telephone, no wadrobe, so dirty n disgusting. Im sorry i have to say this. I never give bad rating like this bfo. After i took shower , the water stucked, n cames out from the shower box, i had pool in the bathroom, everything was wet. dirty towel, i had to wipe my body with my clothes. U should have closed this hotel , renovations n finish it n then reopen it again ..
