Perfect for a short stay, we were only in Paris for one night so this hotel was in an ideal location for public transport, as well as walking distance of big tourist attractions like Notre Dame and the Louvre. The hotel also offers a hot drinks machine in the lobby which is very welcoming especially in this cold weather. Unfortunately, there was construction taking place during our stay at the hotel, which we were not told of in advance, which meant we were woken up at 8am to the sound of heavy construction work above our hotel room.

They're in the middle of refurbishing some rooms, so expect a mess, noise, odd construction smells, and random power outages. Our room was not in good shape. The couch was in bad condition, the dishwasher didn't clean anything, and the bathroom vent didn't work causing moisture issues in the bathroom including what looked like mold in the shower and along the ceiling. There was also quite a substantial hole in the wall near the heater that was visible when entering the bathroom. They only provide bath and hand towels; no wash cloths for showering up. The staff is really pleasant, and it's hard to beat the location having the Les Halles station minutes away. We'll look elsewhere next time. Since I can't reply to the hotel's comment, I've edited my review to include a response. Yes, the refurb is needed, but to be doing a handful of rooms on various floors makes staying there very inconvenient. I wish they would have taken an entire floor out of service and completing the updates before moving to another floor. As is, both elevators are covered in plywood, construction workers moving all over the place, with construction debris and messes in the hallways. Again, the staff and location are great. If you can get an updated room, you may want to consider staying there.

Front desk staff Anna and Shejabee are amazing, very professional and patient. The location is very good, convenient and close to many attractions and good restaurants. The five stars is for the renovated room, cozy and neat. I look forward May 2024 when the renovation is completed. It will be my one and only choice if I come to Paris.

We had a very comfortable stay in this hotel. It is located right in the centre of Les Halles which gives easy access to the entire city. We felt very safe in the area as it was very vibrant and crowded till late night. Mr Shibaji at the front desk was very helpful and guided us well about going around the city. The cofee in the reception was too good. There was also a tiny children's corner where they had kept some blocks and puzzles to entertain little children. Our little 3 year old grand daughter loved playing in the lobby. The only disadvantage during our stay was that there is some renovation going on in the hotel and there was only one elevator available for guests as well as the construction workers which was very very frustrating. The lift would take forever to come. I still give the hotel 5 stars because they explained that the 2nd elevator which was meant for construction workers was not working on those two days and that they would be fixing it. Overall I recommend this hotel for the convenient location and the room facilities.

Highly recommend this hotel in Paris. Especially, the desk clerk (Anna? maybe) was super kind. This hotel is 1 min distance from the subway gate. Super Cool! And is 5~10 min walking distance to Rubre Museum! I could get free coffee 24 hours, and in the morning, several kinds of free beverage was provided. (hope they will provide it 24 hours not only during the morning time.) Very comfy hotel for family tourists.
