Wonderful hotel very close to Boulevard Montmartre full of shops and restaurants. Champs Elysees and other interesting places are easily reachable due to the Metro stations being at walking distance of the hotel. The rooms in the hotel as small but really very nice; lights, curtains and TV is all controllable with a tablet in the room. You can create all kinds of atmospheres. Staff is very friendly and helpful and in the bar/cafe/restaurant in the "basement" you can relax any time of the day, with 24/7 foods and drinks and a super chill living-room feeling. Highly recommendable!

Great hotel. The staff is the number one selling feature to me on top of how new and modern the hotel is. Technology was buggy (phone would only connect to wifi when I reboot my phone, which I had to do every time I left my room) but these were minor inconveniences. The staff felt genuinely caring and enthusiastic, and a few would even greet me by name on my way through the lobby. Super impressive. Will stay here again.

A perfect stay in Paris. Could the team there have been any friendlier? No they couldn’t. Thanks to Andy and the rest of the crew. Location and comfort was great as well. A+ on the design. Gotta love Citizen M.

We love CitizenM!! We stayed at the hotel in Amsterdam as well, this one exceeded our expectations. The staff are so friendly and helpful with whatever questions we had. Rooms are small but very efficient! Bed is extremely comfy, and we LOVE the big fluffy pillows. Everything is controlled by the iPad in the room which is great and easy to use. The common areas downstairs are beautiful and spacious. We want to specifically shout out Andy who was so helpful and kind to us during our stay! Would highly recommend the citizenm!!

This is our 4th Citizen M hotel having stayed in Glasgow, NYC, London Tower Hill and now Paris. I think this one is my favorite! It’s smaller, more intimate. It’s also newer. The staff have been fantastic, all were able to speak English which I think is always a fear. Our absolute favorite staff member was Andy! So friendly! You hear about a lot of hotels, but this a modern hotel with delicious beds, great towels (no washcloths, bring your own) AC, lifts and the ability to use your phone to cast Netflix if you want. The Metroid a short walk too which will take you all over Paris. I would say this is an adult hotel as they only have King beds. We had a delightful 8 day stay and sadly leave tomorrow.
