Great room and excellent customer service! The beds were very comfortable and the blinds blocked all light. Despite being at an amazing location right next to the Tower of London and next to the metro, we heard no noise from outside. The lobby/cafe area was very vibes with loads of great books, tea, and a lively ambience. We will be staying here wherever we get a chance to come back!

The hotel is very funky, meant to be "lifestyle" choice, and it is always my first choice for recommending a friend to stay when visiting London. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is always very nice with good options, however the eggs are not my favourite. The room is exactly the right size for one or two people to be comfortable, the bed is massive but only accessible from one side which can be difficult for mobility issues. Overall, amazing place, I am in love!

Superb hotel conveniently located next to the Tower Hill underground station and in close proximity to many attractions and restaurants. We stayed there over a weekend and were pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was. The hotel staff are very friendly, courteous and helpful. The room was great with all modern amenities. I liked that you could control most things in the room directly from their app. Would stay here again!

My wife and I spent Xmas and New Year here. At first we were disappointed that the rooms were very cramped and oddly arranged (double bed which looks like one occupant will have to clamber over the other: tip, the beds are square just rearrange the pillows). Our views changed when it became clear just how helpful and friendly the people working there are. This is by some margin the best and most welcoming group of hotel staff I have ever come across in any hotel and their attitude and willingness completely turned around our holiday. Staff aren't responsible for the interior design of rooms, when they deliver a level of quality service that made our stay very enjoyable it makes a huge difference. Thanks guys.

I really enjoyed my stay here as a solo traveler. I think you have to understand what CitizenM is and their target audience. Yes the rooms are small, but the bed is big and it was plenty of space for 1. I’d say 2 can fit comfortably per room. The Tower of London view is absolutely worth the upgrade if available. Staff was great, rooftop bar was awesome. Sits literally right above the Tower Hill Station so you can’t really ask for a better location. All in all would absolutely stay again.
