I just moved in at the beginning of October this year. The City is a brand new apartment building. If you are looking for a new home, don't hesitate to check it out! I feel very safe and convenient to live here. I need to swipe my card to enter the door of the building and swipe again to get on the elevator, which provides double protection for the residents. There are a lot of restaurants around The City, even a Chinese restaurant, which makes me very happy as a Chinese! These restaurants are within 7 or 8 minutes walking distance, which makes life very convenient. I live in a 1b1b room. My room was equipped with a private dishwasher, washer and dryer. The temperature and brightness of the room could be adjusted via an app on my phone, which was very smart!! There is a balcony in front of the floor-to-ceiling windows, and the sunlight coming in every day makes me feel very happy. The property management is also excellent. Staff here always respond to me quickly and are very happy to offer me any help. I love my home here🥰

I'm not one for reviews but I feel this one is a must. I spoke with Glen on the phone, he was so professional and informative. I couldn't set up a time to tour. He welcomed me as a walk-in making me feel confident they'd have time for me at my convenience. He was with someone when I went and I got the pleasure of meeting and dealing with Caribbean. She too, was very friendly. Had answers to all my questions and more. The tour was delightful. I need a 3 month lease due to a family stay in a local hospital. They do not offer 3 months leases but she directed me to who does. Her excitement for me finding the right spot did not change even after knowing I could not lease there. She explained the other property to me, making me feel comfortable even before going to check out my other options. Even though I couldn't live here, the staff is way above expectations and the site is so clean and beautiful. If you are in the market of moving look in to this place.

I lived here for two years, and if I did not move from Ohio, I would still be residing in this wonderful place. I truly appreciate its convenient location, the building's amenities like the rooftop pool and common areas, and so much more. While I can't comment on the maintenance management since I haven't required any while residing there but I can assure you that if you're moving to Columbus from other states, like Texas in my case, and worried about the cold weather, you don't need to be concerned about the AC system. The insulation here was excellent, and I have never had any issues with the cold weather in my unit. I'm grateful to the management for maintaining such a comfortable environment!
