The apartments are neat and clean, although not big. All storage was thought out, and it is clear that the owner wanted to make it more convenient and practical. Good internet. Comfortable bed. Great view from the window. Convenient location - close to the ski lift, restaurant and shop. There is a locker for snowboards/skis in the basement. A soulful transfer from the airport with many atmospheric Georgian stories.

Great vacation!!! To say that we REALLY liked it is an understatement. A piece of our heart remained in Georgia and all this was thanks to the incredible combination of atmosphere and warm welcome that Dmitry, the owner of the apartment, organized for us. He helped us with the transfer (his driver Gia is just an ace in his business) Dmitry forwarded all the information about the apartment, Ski Depo in advance and gave practical advice on where to change money and told about other useful nuances, he was always in touch. (I hope we didn’t bore him with our questions :-)) Now about the apartment - The view of the church and snow-capped mountains leads to indescribable delight. The apartments themselves are very clean, cozy, warm. We felt like at home. There is everything you need for a carefree holiday. Everything that is written in the description of the apartments is true and even more. Very convenient location. Everything is just steps away from the house: from the first highway and cable car to a 24-hour supermarket and pharmacy. I'm not even saying that two cafes and SkiRent are located right in the house. I would also like to add that this year something unimaginable was happening in Upper Gudauri, namely, people were without water for weeks, thank God, we chose the RIGHT location and our apartments were not affected by this misfortune. Plus, the air here is not as thin as in the upper new Gudauri. Well, an important factor in favor of these apartments is the pricing policy - in the new Gudauri the prices are higher. We also stayed with Dmitry for a couple of days in Tbilisi in a three-room apartment (stylish design, cleanliness and order, in the center of Tbilisi), two people lived as if in a mansion. He organized great excursions around Tbilisi for us, we visited Georgian restaurants “not for tourists”, he did EVERYTHING to show us Tbilisi through the eyes of a Georgian. We are simply delighted, thank you very much. We will come to you in May to enjoy Tbilisi again and I’m sure not for the last time. Thank you!!!!!!!!!!
