Excellent location and service without a doubt. The 1-bedroom apartment we booked was a corner unit and had beautiful views of the city and Marina area. It wasn't too fancy furnishings-wise but was decent and clean. I felt it wasn't geared toward a business traveler (no work desk and very few inconveniently located power outlets). Breakfast was fantastic. Best part is the top class staff. They do make you feel special. I also like that the place is easily reachable using Dubai metro, tram, and taxis. The area is surrounded by tens of fantastic ethnic restaurants, many of which are open late. Night-time views of the marina are totally out of this world.

Massive apartment, slightly dated but clean, spacious, good service and good location along the marina. 5-10 minute walk to the train into town, supermarket across the road. Would stay again. Delicious dates and local coffee are provided on check in. We arrived in Dubai early in the morning, they happily stored our luggage and got us early check-in at 12PM. Facilities are great, pool is good, as well as squash courts, sauna and steam rooms for men only and a gym.

The worst hotel experience so far. The reception staff is extremely unprofessional. Starting from check in. They didn’t even bother to check in the system how long are we gonna be staying with them and whether we paid for our stay. Trying to charge us again by claiming payment didn’t go through, which was wrong after he checked again!!Poor English and lack of common sense of reception, very arrogant and full of attitude. I don’t how do they hire people. They have been calling us about check out a day in advance saying we should be out before 12 which we are fully aware of. Breakfast is very poor, rooms are quite outdated and smelly and poor drainage in the bathroom Tried to speak to the manager however he couldn’t do anything except covering the unprofessionalism of his staff and started to raise voice on us. It was quite shocking Strongly Do Not Recommend staying her

Great room service, they always came on time every day . Not the best elevators (really squeaky and it was just scary being in one, frequently says that it’s weight overload then may say it at the last minute when you’re about to walk off it). Loved the floors. The interior design needs a refresh. The overall design is nice. AC was frequently leaking. The internet was just bad, the connection frequently disappeared. The parking was a bonus very nice, and the location was really convenient especially the walking area. Can’t recommend the buffet quality though. The heater was horrible - sometimes the water in the shower was too hot or too cold. The balcony was very spacious however and that’s a bonus. Overall a solid 3/5 place.
