We stayed here for 3 nights and we are very happy with it. Rooms are nice and clean (no bed bugs) and specious, we were kinda skeptical when we read the reviews but they are not true, at least not in our case. The neighborhood is nice and quiet (we were facing the backyard). The supply of vending machines were awesome cuz you can buy everything from it. Also the washing machine and dryer were good. There is no a store near by but if you make a little bit of effort and plan your trip correctly it won’t be a problem cuz there are bus and tram stops near by and the traffic is often and fast. Definitely would recommend.

We had no warm water for a day, there were a lot of mosquitos and it was very hot in our room. The location was in a 'bad' area, but close to a tram. The overall experience is not recommended. Not even for poor students like me.

This place had mixed reviews so I was hesitant to stay but didn't have much choice (we initially booked with a hostel but it got cancelled last minute), but I was pleasantly surprised! Our room was clean and tidy, warm, had towels etc. Reception staff were very friendly and even helped us print our flight tickets. It was more of an AirBnB-like situation than a hotel - have to take own rubbish out etc. It also wasn't super central, had to take the train and tram from city centre to get here but no big deal for us. The reception is only open certain hours which did cause a bit of inconvenience for us - couldn't show up later than 8pm to get out keys the first night, for example. But it was really great value, 50 euros per night for a room with two single beds.
