HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND ZERO STARS Dirty rooms riddled with cockroaches! Very poor housekeeping service often had to ask to double clean or point out where they missed Moldy bathrooms Food options inedible! Eat at your own risk! Terribly weak wifi And to top it all off Incredibly rude management

I honestly do not recommend this place. In the rooms there are cockroaches. The cleaning service is very poor. I had several times I had to correct the cleaning or tell them to double clean the room. Service is very unpleasant, sometimes even rude! It's very loud in the morning and the evening, very hard to sleep. Constant traffic 24hrs. I do not recommend this place, service or location. Don't eat the food in the restaurant downstairs, unless You want to have food poisoning.

Honestly I don't remember much about the hotels or guest houses i stay in much, but City star was one of those that will bring you to it again. Its environment, its services, rooms ambiance, hotel staff and specially management, they all were awesome and really do their best to serve their guests. I would really want people to visit there once if you're stay in dubai.

The hotel room was quite large, but the quality of the stuff was terrible, the stainless steel items in the room were thin, cut easily and didn't work well. What's even more disgusting is that the hotel didn't change the bedding until the next tenant checked in, so that the bedding was covered in the previous tenant's hair, which was very disgusting. The hotel supplies were outdated, the electric stove was broken, the machines outside the room were running super noisy, and staying in the room was like living by a construction site. The employee in charge of carrying luggage is older and may not have much strength, so when he move in and out, the luggage is dragged and pulled with rough movements, and the edges of the shells of the luggage are inevitably damaged. Also the communication signal in the hotel was poor and the wifi was slow.
