2 star for it being not such a practical place for adults to stay in terms of the space. It’s for a couple or max a couple and two young kids! It’s says space for 6 , which is rediculous! , no elevator , suitable for bag packers, not for anyone who has luggage. Well done apartment no doubt but a little inconvenient for adults if more than two.

Unfortunately, I do not recommend it. Bad smell in the tenement house, steep and dangerous stairs, no air conditioning. Very steep and dangerous entrance to the mezzanine. The window on the mezzanine is padlocked. Chairs damaged and dirty. There are signs of wear and dirt everywhere. In the bathroom, the shower hose is too short to put it on the holder. There is a noticeable smell of food. Apartment below any level, unsuitable for elderly people and children. Not suitable for people with a lot of luggage.

The apartment is cozy and clean. It has a room with a 1.5m bed and two 0.90m beds on the upper floor. The stairs to the upstairs room are a little difficult but everything is charming and graceful. The views are very cool and the dressing room is very good. The bad thing is that there is no heating so it is very cold and that the stairs in the portal to go up to the 4th floor are very narrow and have high steps. Carrying the suitcase is difficult. The location is very central and the person in charge of giving you access to the home is easy to access.

I liked the apartment. T1 good for a family with 2 children. It has good conditions, TV, wi-fi, everything looked good. It has a kitchen that seemed functional to me - we didn't use it. In terms of location, it is fantastic, it is two minutes from Chiado, and with good access to the Metro, many restaurants and shops in the area. The check-out time seems fine to me, but I think check-in from 4pm is too late. Comfortable bed and sofa bed, a good place for short stays. The price is within the average. The friendliness and availability of the people I contacted at City stays Chiado made all the difference, they were very friendly and available. Thank you Mafalda and Inês.
