I'm struggling to understand some of the low reviews this place has. It definitely exceeded my expectations. The location was excellent, as was the host. He met us at the property to run us through where everything was and how things worked. The apartment suited our needs perfectly and it was super nice and modern throughout. There is also an amazing view of the city and the sea, which was a nice bonus. The doors are easy to use as they work with either a code or an app on your phone, which is super convenient for a group of friends. There may be a few marks and scuffs around the apartment, but it didn't affect the quality of our stay. Also be aware it is at the top of a super steep hill, and there are also stairs at the top, but that's really just the whole of Lisbon! Overall, a superb stay and would definitely recommend.

Really nice. Buses, furniculars, sightseeing tour buses, tram, metros are easily accesible from here. Lots of churches nearby. The only problem is the location. It's on a hill and then u have to climb extra 25 steps. As you climb up the hill there is a stench of urine. Appartments are very spacious and clean. The view is really splendid from the top.

The apartment itself was tidy, although there was a strange smell. Ventilate well every evening. The path to the apartment was very dirty. Huge piss smell. Many homeless people around the apartment. Very centrally located. Metro nearby and various sights can be visited on foot.

The place is super well located, the space is beautiful, the street is calm and in 2 minutes we are in Rossio Square next to the large Teatro D. Maria II. Bad is the beggar who sleeps at the entrance to the building and leaves cards, old clothes and all possible rubbish in the building's entrances. Depending on the time, on one side we pass over the beggar, on the other, we pass through the trash he left.
