Building is old and run-down.. only 1 elevator works. Floor tiles broken and missing for a long long time. It's clearly in the neglect stage.. I stayed at 2 different airbnb units and both the units were nice.

We were here for five nights. We love it here. There is a security guard at the front entrance door. There are several convenience stores near the building. There is also a laundry place attached to the build which you can also access without having to leave the building on the ground floor. It is within walking distance to a lot of restaurants. It is also near the main street. Our room has a balcony with a beautiful view of the city and the mountain! The internet works very well! The internet was down at one point. We did contact the host and they responded to us really fast. The only downside is that one of the elevators was under maintenance while we were there so there is only one elevator working. Since only one elevator is going, it does take time to get up and down to and from your room. I guess it is a good thing that they actually maintain their elevators! Overall, we would stay here again if we are in the area!

The room 2911, it was so loud until midnight. There were also noisy last week. I could hear their voice from the corridor and my room. In addition, they jumped the bed or something. I couldn't sleep well, so I talked them but they didn’t understand. Please stop them. If you go to travel in cebu, it's better to stay another hotel. That’s why, some people lack common sense in this hotel.

Place was a-ok. New bed sheets, clean towels and pillows were provided. There is water that you can use. Rice cooker and thermos were provided as well. The corridors however smell like you are in a passenger ship. Elevator from the basement to 2nd floor is obviously old but still functional. The parking is also very limited, so people who checks in for the night with a vehicle might have a hard time parking. Overnight parking costs 500.
