Okay, so mixed reviews. The views from the back of the hotel are great, and the hotel has a lot of potential for improvement if the owners invested their money into freshening it up, buying new linen, towels and beds, fixing broken fixtures (balcony door handle) and providing new equipment (a toaster that works, new drinks machines that provide fresh juices etc etc). It's not the staff's fault as they are working with what they have, the staff in the restaurant and bar were amazing, and you could see by the end of the season how tired they were, but they always had a smile on their face and tried their best for guests. The kitchen do their best with the food, lunch and dinner provide a good choice but breakfasts could be improved with more fresh fruit, and like I said a toaster that works would be great, why it's sat on the side I have no idea. The juice in the machine tasted bitter, but again, the staff are only working with what they have, and all the equipment needs replacing. The coffee machine also needs replacing. The pool guy is over friendly and scarily came into the toilets near the pool while I was in there and tried to give me a hug on my first day there. I told him to back and he did and didn't try it again! Thankfully! There are buses close to the hotel and you can get into the town centre easily, taxis are reasonable too, its about a 30-40 minute walk downhill to the main town. There is a shop, dentist and chemist just around the corner. I would stay there again, but I would urge the owners to invest in what they have and stop the snacks in between main meals, croquettes and plain pasta is not a snack, save the cash and invest it elsewhere. Oh and get up early with your towel if you want a spot by the pool!!

We visited this hotel in June 2023. A very nice experience. The room is beautiful, large, comfortable, with two terraces. A view from the terrace that was worth a million dollars, with a minimal surcharge. The restaurant and food are excellent, the service is excellent, the rooms are very clean, the rooms are cleaned and towels are changed every day. A hotel to be praised.

We had a 7 night stay here. The rooms are decent and clean. In every room the air conditioner is just over the bed so when you turn it on it blows straight to you when you are sleeping at night. If you have luck you will end up in room with wide and beautiful view towards the pool, the city of Kusadasi and the sea. If you are unlucky you will end up with a room seeing the loud main road. If luck really isn’t with you, you will end up in a room underground seeing a wall. Its loud on the side of the road at night. You have a lot of choice when it comes to food, but its not that various days after days. You have breakfast, lunch, afternoon snacks(burgers, pizza, muffins etc.) and dinner. In short there is plenty of food for the whole day. Drinks are good- you can have cola, fanta, soda or sprite and you can add a flavoured syrup to them. Alcohol is diluted, only the beer is okay. The pool is good and small. The deepest point of it is 1,60m and the shallowest is 1,30m. It has space for children which is around 20-30 cm deep and wide enough for 7-8 children to play in at the same time. Everyday the animators organise a water polo, darts or table tennis tournament. One of the days there was a foam party. There is a shop selling ice cream, towels, goggles and everything you need. Every night there is a mini disco for the kids around the pool organised by the animators. Games for adults are also included. There were nights with professional dancers doing performances. They also organise a group for a disco club downtown for people 18+. The price is €10 with transport both ways and entry included. The hotel has a massage section where you can have a massage and different spa procedures with surcharge. Overall it’s a good hotel and we had a great time. Kids are loving it and had great and playful time. The best part of the hotel is its entertainment.
