Location is tick. The staff were all friendly. Swimming pool is warm and the water clean though Abit small. I would take my baby here to learn swimming coz it's less congested and when they say warm swimming pool they mean it. It's really warm

I stayed in a studio room and then two bedroom and found them to be clean, well maintained and comfortable. I really enjoyed the gym with trainers on site, and dining at the roof top restaurant with the lovely view. The meals were delicious and the serving staff is very friendly and attentive. Location-wise, I was able to walk to a mall and coffee shops and found the location near many restaurants and activities. I really enjoyed my stay here and will come back again in the future.

One of the best hotel apartments in Nairobi. Their stellar customer service won me over. Their staff are especially kind to everyone and ever so ready to help. The rooms are very spacious and always kept clean. They treat everyone with respect, both kids and adults are treated as the most valuable guests. A special shoutout to Keith, on the rooftop restaurant who was particularly kind to my 5 children who did not understand English. But he was ever so patient making their stay in Nairobi extremely memorable. I would definitely stay back again, thank you for treating us so well.

This is the best place to be. Chef Dan and Kevin are the best in making pizza. The service from Faith, Fortunate, Mourine and Sheilah is on top. I will always recommend Clarence. I like the swimming pool are the most. The gym is also the good , without forgetting Timothy at the reception, very welcomeing. The security team are very welcoming. I must also recommend the IT guy Philip for solving Wifi issues in my apartment. Clarence is the best.
