Everything was totally fine for what you are paying. If you come into this hotel thinking the bed won’t be creaky, or the AC won’t make funny noises, or the safe in the closet be a little too rusty, and the clock 10 minutes off, don’t come you snob… If you think all of this is fine… we did too. The front desk was friendly, we slept good, and we left to the airport at 5am in the included shuttle. Great deal!

Old hotel. I can't say anything really good about this hotel. The filter in the bedroom was black and never changed in a long time. Lobby was not bad , no free breakfast. They have a somewhat restaurant there. Staff we're friendly. Ohh the room was a little cool when I walked in. Guess the heat doesn't work either.

Overall not the greatest hotel stay for us. We stayed here because it offered an airport shuttle and a shuttle to the cruise port. Room key stopped working and it was difficult to get another. Talking with other guests, this seems to be a common issue. We signed up for the cruise port shuttle the night prior for 10am. Shuttle still has not left and it is 11am. Thankfully we signed up for an earlier one to give us wiggle room. Overall very disappointed with our stay.

They let me check in 3 hours early. The shuttle service kept my bags safe for the few hours before I was able to check in early. The rooms were OK. Clean and comfortable enough, especially for the price and location. The bed could have been a little more comfortable but I have slept on much worse at other hotels. I felt kind of stupid at first because I got stuck in the elevator because no one explained the key card system that you have to use even to get out. The damn elevator kept taking me from floor 2 to 4 and I was staying on 3. Once I figured out the key card everything was smooth sailing.

This place is all you need. If you're visiting from anywhere, it is right across the airport, there's a tour company and car service right in the hotel, there's laundry services. Rooms are cozy enough. Gym facilities are adequate. I wish I knew earlier. Might not be close to the beach, but there's also a bustop right in front of the hotel in case you don't want to use the hotel service. Trust me whenever I recommend a hotel. This place is a good place!
