Emre was absolutely amazing! I think about him from time to time and his kindness. Great clean hotel. The view is to die for and I saw a shooting star with an amazing person, from their terrace

This hotel should not be evaluated based on the level of hotel service. It is more like a home for you in Istanbul, with good and bad things. In general, staying there is good. I must mention that transportation to it is difficult.

Starting off we booked a 4 person room with a jacuzzi when we go there they said that we could not get into the jacuzzi room because we were 4 people and wanted to put us into their Apartment. There was also no parking, they told us to park infront of some houses and they would call us to move our cars basically no parking. Service was horrible we would have to ask 2 hours before to get our breakfast and they would still not bring it in time, the rooms were dirty couches had stains everywhere and it also smelled like cigarette because u could smoke inside. Location was OK had a nice view of the Bosphorus Bridge but the neighborhood was bad. They would put our windsheilds up every single night.

Great hotel compared to price, staff are very very polite and respectful and very helpful, on our last night the AC broke down and they did not charge us for this night, this shows the courtesy and respect that management has. Rooms are spacious and clean and up to the need for a tourist who spends his day out and comes to his room to rest. Couple of points they need to improve: 1- Breakfast takes long time to be brought to your room since it seems to be outsource, and the breakfast timing is only 9-11 and we usually leave the hotel by 9 to explore the city, we stayed for 8 days and we had breakfast two times only, breakfast should start at 8 AM in my opinion and shall not take more than 10 minutes to be delivered once you order it. 2- be more aggressive with noisy guests, there was a family that booked two rooms next to us, we were unable to sleep for 3 nights till they checked out. Overall experience was great from the hotel's side, staff and cleanliness, I will definitely stay in Class Hotel again if I visit Istanbul.
