A good hotel not far from the centre of Cologne. Staff very welcoming. Rooms good, very comfortable with good aircon, very comfortable bed. Entry system worked every time. Breakfast left a little to be desired. The room was too small for the number of people having breakfast. The hot food option was poor and mostly unavailable because they were so busy.

The Shower was TERRIBLE! No water flow but a slight trickle, I could've taken a better shower splashing water on me from the sink! Super disappointed for all we really wanted was a nice hot shower. The rooms were clean but VERY Small. Location was walkable enough.

Last minute booking and they went out of their way to be helpful and gave us a free room upgrade. Very helpful staff who.spoke very useful English - about a 500m walk to the hauptbanhof - just be aware of the church that rings their bells at 6am on a Thursday. It was loud and long enough to be heard all over Cologne !!
