10 out of 10! 💯 The best part was their service; everyone was genuinely nice and friendly. My great experience started even before check-in, as Thu reached out to us to see if there was anything she could assist with. When we arrived everyone at the lobby, 2at reception and 1 help us carried our luggage, was super nice. They did very great job. All the process was fast. At checkout, they even provided a complimentary gift. The room was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel is located in the fantastic area of Old Town. Breakfast was good and many options. Initially, I didn't have high expectations due to the affordable price, but the service I received was definitely 5-star quality. Although I've showered this review with compliments, which might make me seem biased, I assure you it's all true. If I ever return to Hanoi, this hotel will unquestionably be my first choice, and I'd highly recommend it to my friends as well.

I recently stayed at Classy Holiday Hotel & Spa, and overall, I found it to be a good value for a 3-star hotel. I had a pleasant surprise with an unexpected room upgrade. Besides that, the affordability coupled with friendly staff and good breakfast made the stay enjoyable. However, I believe there is room for improvement. I appreciate the effort of the staff and had a generally positive stay.

The staff here were the hotel's greatest asset, particularly the two young men on reception who were courteous and responsive to issues with the safe shortly after check-in. The breakfast was good with a mix of buffet and a la carte items. The terraced frontage of the hotel does mean that space is at a premium, and the breakfast seating did feel cramped when at its busiest. Unfortunately the bedroom was damp, and the water marks around the window in the room plus the lingering smell were both consistent with this. The stay was fine overall but I don't think I'd stay here again.

Apart from the room being quite old and in need of some renovation (in the walls, wooden floor etc) everything else was good. The service and attention to detail from the staff was great, as well as the big variety of breakfast options. Seems like the hotel was considered great in the past but it was a bit left behind. They should pay slightly more attention to the rooms.

The rooms here are a little disappointing and not as nice as the photos. They are small and not very well maintained with lots of dust, cracks, and a bit of a damp musty smell (the latter probably comes from being a small building with minimally small windows, which seems common for hotels at this location and price point). Service and breakfast however was good. Fine for a short stop, but will be looking elsewhere for a longer stay.
