Location was perfect for myself and my team. However, the front desk and breakfast area team lack basic service skills. One morning I had one of the welcoming people at the breakfast tell me « self service yeah?! » while he walk every other guest at their table. Front desk when coming to speak about the « fire alarm » barely looked at me speaking to him and just ignored me. Talking about the fire alarm…I have been told by my team that for the 3-4 nights we stayed over the alarm went on for 2 of them. And the staff barely answered or acknowledged that it was false alarm. I wonder when it will be real and poeple in their room will think it is another one of the hotel hoax false alarm how many trapped guests will be found after the blow??!! Take this seriously ! I was glad I did the online check in and out because the staff is not up to standard. Seem to be a thing in London I guess because I have not had one good experience at mid level hotel yet (yet expensive). The cleaning staff are the most polite staff of the hotel shows a lot. The room was perfect - I did have trouble with the heat control and how loud the fan was but it was resolved the second night.

Great stay here for two nights recently. Staff very attentive and friendly. We arrived early and were able to store our bags securely and head off to explore London. Rooms were very clean, modern, comfortable, and had all the usual facilities. We had breakfast on one of the mornings and it was good with plenty of choice. Location is excellent being only a couple of minutes walking distance from Aldgate East tube station. It was about 15-20 minutes walk to the Sky Garden and 15 minutes to Liverpool Street station. Wouldn't hesitate to return!

I had a wonderful experience. The hotel is modern, with a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. My room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities I needed. The bed was very comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep. The room was also very quiet, even though the hotel was located in the city centre. Maybe a bit hot for me, but the room had an air conditioner, which could be a bit noisy at night. The hotel's breakfast buffet was good. I especially enjoyed the smoothies, which were fresh and delicious. I also had dinner at the hotel's restaurant one night, and I liked the food. It felt secure, and well-organized, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
