The Highlights: 1. Stunning View: The view from the apartment was a true delight, adding a serene and picturesque quality to my stay. 2. Pristine Cleanliness: The apartment's cleanliness was impressive. It was well-maintained and spotless, making for a comfortable and hygienic environment. 3. Amenities: The range of amenities provided added significantly to the comfort of my stay. Each amenity was thoughtfully chosen and well-maintained, contributing to a hassle-free experience. 4. Friendly Concierge: The staff were not just professional but genuinely friendly, adding a personal touch to their service. The Downside: Despite these positives, there was a disappointing aspect regarding the early check-in policy. I paid an additional £20 for an early check-in, which seemed reasonable at the time. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen work commitments, I couldn't make it at the earlier time. The lack of flexibility or refund for this extra service was disheartening. It felt like a missed opportunity for the establishment to demonstrate customer care in unforeseen circumstances.

Great Location in Canary Wharf: spacy appartments with view and nice furnitured: white linnen and towels, perfect kitchen, modern bathrooms. 3 trains and ship to reach the city quickly. very safe and calm. 2 Tescos round the corner - huge variety for dinning and stepping out. We loved our stay and highly recommend it.

My family and I stayed here for a month. We found ALL concierge staff fantastic. Welcoming and nothing was to much trouble. The cleaners are very hard working and polite. They do an amazing Job. We were given a post box key too. I really do not understand the negative comments on here! All staff were really helpful. Great facilities. Beautiful views from the twelfth floor. Thank you Clover Court for looking after us.
