The location is great, the space very clean and well prepared. The staff were very welcoming and helpful when needed. The downside was the shower, that kept running out of hot water (even in like 7 minutes showers). The water was always leaking from the shower and wetting the floor.

This place is 4.5/5 in reality, but I'll round to 5. Pros: - Very close to most things you would want to see in Porto - Modern amenities. Everything in apt. 1 was fully functional and in working condition - Close to food (Bakery right under ensures whole place smells amazing) and convenience stores - Quiet(ish) street compared to others - Comfy bed and AC works great - Management is very responsive -Actual unit is great! Comes with stove, microwave oven, washing machine, coffee maker, and water kettle Cons: - Shower door sucks. It doesn't form a full seal so water will leak out if you shower the way everything is oriented. Shower facing one of the walls or glass side to avoid - Windows face the street and other apts. This is typical so make sure you close the curtains before doing anything you don't want others to see - Front door can be difficult for some. You sometimes have to give it a hard shove to open but for the most part it's fine

It has been a very good experience, the accommodation is really cozy. The heating works very well, kitchen equipped with absolutely everything you need. Very good bathroom and shower, spacious room, full closets with light, hangers, first aid kit, there is everything... great wifi, and free parking nearby, in the same center. Miguel who treated us gave us a 10. To give it a drawback, it doesn't have a bidet, and they don't come to clean it (we stayed 3 nights) but I would definitely repeat it again. We made the payment and check in online without problem.

It is located in the center of Porto, super close to points of interest. We found the apartment very clean and with everything necessary for a quiet stay, from dishes, microwave and oven and towels, to a coffee machine in the morning. The only thing we experienced that made the stay difficult, at night the room gets very hot and you open the windows and you can hear the noise from the street, a fan would make things easier. The walls are paper you can hear everything, on the first floor of the apartment there is a bakery and you can hear all the conversation at 5 am. Outside of that perfect
