It is horrible, old ruined rooms with old furniture, only thing good with the hotel the cleaning couple they came everyday took rubbish and cleaned the rooms. There were everywhere garbage in the pool around the pool. The management is also so bad, even if you tell them hey garbage everywhere, electric oven is broken, he says ahh yes thanks, I tell the responsibil person and it is same next day. The guy at the bar does not clean anything. The owner have not invest one dolar since 20 years.

You get what you pay for. Location is 10/10. Equipment 6/10, beds 4/10, Staff 9/10, pool 8/10. Could do better: WIFI (only reception & bar) no Wifi in apartments far from the bar and reception, Air conditioning only in the bedroom, whoever sleeps in the living room suffer the heat (impossible to sleep). Could also upgrade the TV’s (old tv with no HDMI or any connecting point). Some indoor refurbishment can also make it better as everything inside the apartments looks old and out of 2019.........especially beds in the living room (ok for kids, but adult sleeps uncomfortably) Other than that do not believe what you read about ants because if you clean you won’t get them, as it’s anywhere else in the world.

Appartement is located on a 5 minute walk from the beach and Gümbet's center. The rooms are dated and cleaning services only does the most minimal things. Sounds of neighbours are also very easy to hear. The last night we woke up to some animal above the bathroom ceiling. To sit on the balcony is great. We could see the sunset from our room. Don't expect a luxurous treatment here, but if you only sleep here it is an okay appartement.

Club Pedalisa in total is not so good. The location is great, you have a beautiful view of Gumbet from the balcony of the apartment, you can also see the sea. It's a 10 minute walk to the sea, and a 5 minute walk to the centre of Gumbet and 10 minutes to the barstreet. If you like walking, it's a 30 minute walk to Bodrum. The apartment itself shows clear signs of deferred maintenance and that's a shame. The furniture is old, the cutlery in the kitchen should be replaced. And there was a rat (or something like that) on the ceiling of our bathroom. Maybe we just had bad luck with the apartment but my experience was not that good. Also the apartment was very noisy so you could here anything from the neighbours. The cleaning of the apartment is also not that good. Towels where not replaced and I didn't get a feeling the apartment actually got cleaned. The people who work here are very nice and polite so that's good. If you go here, just go there to sleep and sit on the balcony to enjoy the view, and maybe take a dive in the swimming pool.

Swimming pool really needs some maintenance: missing tiles, broken parasols, sharp edges, dirty. In first instance water of the pool was turbid and after some days adding cans with chemicals it was all of a sudden clear. Rooms are noisy, not well cleaned, beds were old, in the bathroom drops came down from the ceiling. So in general it could be much better if proper maintenance would have been performed. Location itself is good, close to Gumbet centre with the bars and markets. Also just a 5 minutes walk to the beach. Bodrum centre is at the other side of the hill so better to take a taxi.
