A great location for those wanting rest and relaxation! It’s a quiet place with garage parking. Cars are not allowed all the way into the resort, but fear not, they have many porters on call to help you with your luggages. Swimming pools located throughout the buildings so you do not have to walk very far. Close to the airport, grocery store, and Kona downtown, all within 20 minutes. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. A must for those with children or couples.

Not impressed-don’t stay here. Our air conditioner is broken. There is no view (unless you count stick left by construction workers); update; our second day they came and checked our air conditioner-they said it was operator error; it wasn’t. Then they said it was a blown fuse-well see how that turns out. At least the giant spider web on the back door is gone (I walked into it).

Good: The rooms were amazing, had a great size and well equipped. Need some improvement: Room and cleaning service was not available if staying less than 6 days. Only under request. It would be amazing if they had a bar in the resort.

Overall we had a great time, and except for one person on staff, the service was impeccable. There is however a lady that works at the trip desk that was very rude. I did not catch her name but when we came back there was a different lady at the same desk. The one we had an issue with was the white lady who was there in the evening. She cut us off in the middle of our question to take a personal phone call and then on the phone call complained about having to do her job right in front of us. Her exact words were, "no I haven't had time I've had customers ever since I walked in the door asking me questions and no time for myself at all, ugh", then she gave us a sour look and walked into the back room. We did not wait around to see if she was coming back, she did not make us feel welcome at all.
