One of my favorite timeshares so far! The location was amazing in terms of things around you. It was walkable to places like the Summit, Grand Central, and Bryant Park. The rooms were huge for NYC with a full kitchen! (Minus a stove top) I loved the morning people watching with the views! Sound was a lot less then other places but I still wasn't ready for how loud it would be in the rooms with sirens. Safe to say I came home a week later feeling off that I couldn't hear any! You adjust pretty quickly!

Stayed here on New Year’s Eve. The location is great. However, they put us in a smaller room on our confirmed reservation. We did not notice until the next day after we were all unpacked. When brought to their attention, all they said that they could do is move us to another room. It was such a bad trip overall, we did not bother with having to move all our stuff in another room that was not significantly larger for us to go through the hassle.

Surprised that our room had a kitchen - thought we were just getting a studio - so this was a huge plus and we used it every day. Great location. Everything was spotless. No noise - slept very soundly. Not much interaction with staff after checking in, although they were nice and the process didn't take long. We were able to use our wristband door keys to get % off at local stores they recommended. Would stay here again.

Please don't think if you get the presidential suite your in for a treat... actually you will be gravely disappointed. This place only had one elevator working which I'm sure you can see how that's a problem, not only that just when you think your going into you presidential suite you open the door and it's by far the smallest "presidential suite" ever and who's ever heard of a presidential suite without slippers or a robe!! No let's go a step forward with out bathroom toiletries... and to top it off I arrived late in the evening and wanted a bottle of water for bed time but guess what this "resort" didn't even have water to purchase or even a snack no vending machines nothing.. I'm pretty sure you can't call yourself a resort if I have to leave the building to get bottled water or food. Very misleading all in all I would not recommend this "club resort" to anyone who is visiting for work and looking for a place to relax and just be inside to prepare for you next meeting. They pretty much have no amenities besides the lounge on the 33rd floor that only has a coffee maker and hot water for tea.

Great place to stay. Had studio apartment that was just right for our needs. Staff were helpful and friendly and had lots of knowledge about the area. The roof top terrace was smaller than expected but very nice all the same. Not far from Grand Central Station so easy to get around. Free laundry facilities that when I used them were available. Highly recommend
