Very reasonable, owner is very nice and pleasant to deal with, had some issues with some rooms but owner took care of it .and apologized. Holiday season is not bad on pricing. Staff were helpful specially Felipe, he was always there when needed.

A first rate place to stay: great price, super clean, super well located in the middle of the village, and the people are so helpful friendly and on the case for all needs. I would love to stay there again.

We spent the worst 2 nights we have ever had at a hotel at the Coati Lodge Arenal. We have never written a bad review for any property but felt we needed to warn others about this hotel. It’s terribly noisy between 2 busy streets and lots of barking dogs. The Internet that was supposed to be in every room didn’t work in our room and we were told to go outside down the hall to connect. The security fencing was impractical. You had to put a code in to entry the parking lot (which I was fine) but then had to go out of that gate and into another to get to your room. If you forget something in your car you have 2 gates to go through. The gate to the rooms was very hard to open and took multiple tries and some muscle. If I were you, I’d look for a different place to stay in La Fortuna.
