This is no where near the best hotel in Copenhagen as their recent award would perceive you to believe. We had booked 3 nights here but only stayed 1 night last night. Firstly the rooms are cheap, paper thin walls. There was loud noise coming from the courtyard and bar even although staff said it would be quiet after 10pm. I had to call and ask the music to go off. Then, out toilet overflowed and toilet water was all over the bathroom and so the staff moved us to a suite. The only difference between our standard room and suite was the size. We were shocked to find that the room was just as poor quality as ours. At night we could eat every move of those above us and the bed was so bouncy that every time me or my husband moved the bed moved. We both had terrible sleeps. We decided to complain and thankfully got a refund (thank you to the hotel staff for this)! The only positives about this hotel are the location and the vibe of the bar. Avoid this if you want a relaxing nights sleep and quality experience.

Had a weekend off without kids, thought we'll get some much deserved sleep. The room we got, which was the most quiet one according to the receptionist, vibrated because of music playing in the lobby until late night. After the first night we asked if there are more quiet rooms, there weren't any. Really unhappy with our stay, even if the room was OK and the location good. Not recommended.

The room itself was nothing to write home about, the bed was comfy, it was an okay size, the bathroom was clean and the shower was nice; I would not recommend it for more than one person or for a long stay (I got a double). The cafe and courtyard downstairs was gorgeous but they frequently hosted large (and loud) events that were loud enough to keep me awake at night (not the best after a long flight and jet lag). I would recommend this hotel to either a younger group or more local travelers.

Last weekend, we stayed at the Coco-Hotel (end of November). To be honest, I have some mixed feelings, which makes the experience a bit "mwah"... **Positive: - The hotel looks very nice and cosy, featuring a lovely garden and a relaxing vibe. - The beds in my room were great, and the space in the Superior room was nice. - The area around the hotel is very nice, with some great restaurants and shops to wander around. Delphine is a must-visit. - Some nice music and a DJ in the evening add a personal touch, though it's a matter of taste. They create a nice vibe. **Negative: - I had booked a room, specifically requesting room 503 during the check-in procedure, and this was confirmed. However, upon arriving at the hotel, the room was not available. This was quite a strange experience, especially since there was no compensation offered whatsoever. Just an apology for being fully booked. - When asking for bikes the evening before, the information provided by the clerk at the counter was very limited. He advised to return the next morning for assistance. However, it turned out that the "help" was just a website where I could rent a bike myself from 10 AM. This wasn't very helpful. - Come on... having curtains in a shower (which was really small) that stick to your leg is outdated. **In General: - The hotel is situated on a busy street, so a room at the front of the hotel can be quite noisy due to outside sounds. Tips: Delphine Restaurant Meatpackers District, some nice sight seeing Just stroll around in the neighbourhood, you'll find some fun stuff Train from airport and walk to the hotel is very cheap option and fast and great to do. Download the taxi-app for Copenhagen for the electric vehicle's, Uber won't work.
