In summary, the hotel is undeniably beautiful with a spectacular view, but I cannot recommend staying here. Our family of six booked the "Grand Cave Suite Jacuzzi Sea View" for a two-night stay, and we encountered several issues during our visit. The most significant problem was the size of the jacuzzi, which was so small that it could barely accommodate two adults at a time. This is particularly frustrating as the suite is advertised for six people, and it's unacceptable that not everyone can enjoy the amenity together. Furthermore, the online photos of a pool were misleading since it was exclusive to another suite, and we were unable to use it. Another inconvenience was the fact that there was only one bathroom for the entire suite, which proved to be highly impractical. Additionally, the tap water was salty and undrinkable. The main living area, where two of our children slept, lacked curtains on one of the windows, causing them to be woken up early each morning by the sunlight, which was quite bothersome. Moreover, there was only one parasol on our balcony, offering shade for a maximum of two people. Given the intense August sun, it was impossible for all of us to enjoy the balcony together for more than a few hours each day. Our request for an additional parasol was denied, as we were informed that only one was provided per room. Furthermore, the hotel's location posed challenges. It was quite far from the parking lot, and accessing the hotel required navigating numerous steep and narrow steps each time we left or returned. This makes the hotel unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues or older guests, not to mention those in wheelchairs. I would advise travelers to pack lightly to avoid lugging heavy luggage up and down those stairs. On a positive note, the staff was exceptionally pleasant and attentive, the breakfast was satisfactory, and the view remained fantastic. My wife also enjoyed a great massage, albeit at a high cost. Considering the exorbitant price, this hotel does not live up to its value, and I would recommend exploring other options for accommodations
