I was here on 16-18Oct. Nice and clean room (401) with good running water. The night-shift Receptionist is very friendly, offered me a very good service and he can understand English. The day-shift receptionist always show a very lazy-servicing attitude and zero English knowledge, hotel owner should move this white-face guy to another duty (away from customers). No breakfast, no welcome drink and uncomfortable lobby. The location is in a hidden alley so it is quiet. Accessing hotel after 1am is very difficult.

Ran out of hot water, bathroom fixtures were poorly built, difficult to get in and out of. Staff was friendly and attentive, but the facility needs a bit of work.

Good location. However, the service and room are not worth the rent. The room has very bad smell and the reception is not professional. We asked for toilet papers many times and still, he did not gave us the papers.

Room is a little old, but pretty nice with one huge exception is the fire and health hazard. We arrived at our room to find out they are doing renovation outside the staircasw near our room. Dusts are everywhere and the smell from iron soldering + sound from the drill is absolutely terrifying. The workers completely block the only way down beside the elevator. The management at this hotel doesn't seem to give any thoughts about fire and health hazard. They should have closed the whole floor if they are renovating it.
