First of all I would like to State the pros. Good spacious superior room. Excellent location right next to the BTS. Just a 10 min train ride away from the city center . Excellent and courteous house keeping staff. Nice ambience in the room. And for the cons . Well if you are a smoker don't bother going there as it is a no smoking hotel. They do have a balcony for the superior rooms but they keep the door locked and refuse to open it so it's just a view. And if you are a person who likes to do your own laundry then you have no place to dry your clothes. And you also have no fresh air coming into the room. I did get wet in the rain and I found myself unable to dry any clothes. When asked to open the balcony they refused to do so. And I had to resort to other means of drying my clothes which is in the pic below. And for the breakfast nothing to say much not that great and not bad.

The hotel located next to the Surasak BTS Station and only 1 station to sathorn pier. Next to 7-11. The only thing to complain is they don't provide electric kettle.

Great place to stay if you are looking for a good budget price and nice room. The staff is very friendly and the location by the BTS station is perfect for getting around the city. The breakfast is just okay but if you are visiting Thailand you shouldn't be eating hotel food in the first place. I would highly recommend staying here and will book a room again the next time. My travel partner who lives in Thailand says the hotel room (Deluxe) was better than most 4 star hotels she has worked in. Highly recommend to stay here, but there's no parking so if you plan to drive a vehicle this isn't the right place for you. Laundry is available at another location right next door.

We had booked three rooms here from 28 July - 31 July 2019. We had a big room with a kitchen. Only there were no utilities in the kitchen at all, not even a bottle opener. We had to ask for toilet paper and soap as that was not put in the room. The room was not clean and the bathroom was filled with mold which is very bad for your health. The shower head was broken which did not make showering very pleasant and therefore the entire bathroom was filled with water after taking a shower. The hairdryer did not work. I do not expect 5 star service but I do expect basic facilities to function when you offer this to your clients and not to be in such poor shape. I definitely cannot recommend a hotel in such a poor condition.

I stayed there 2 years ago, it was a nice experience so I went again. But this time was nothing but a nuisance. I stayed there for a week, the floor was badly cracked, cleaning was horrible, there was even spider web in the room. They didn't even clean the floor, it's full of other people's long hair , well, mine is short. Then, bathroom was full of stains, the glasses seemed hadn't been cleaned since 2 years ago. All doors made terrible sound, so any other guests opened or closed the door would wake you up . Telling the staff member when I left this morning, he only said "yep, it's getting old." I expressed my disappointment and how things could have been improved, but he only mentioned that it's because the hotel was old.
