From position point of view this appartement is ideal, close to all main attractions. From property management point the experience is pathetic! I stayed in one of the flats for 12 days and from day 1 I had issues with the shower drain system, it was impossible to shower without flooding all the bathroom. Told the property contact and they gave me a towel to “stop” the water. I have paid a considerable amount of money and was expecting professional communication. A plus the the flat is the full kitchen and spacious terrace.

Service and location are good but I received apartment 31C. The apartment smells like mould (also visible in the shower and on the shower head) the bed was not made upon arrival and when I opened the bed which was stacked against the wall, the matras had stains and the closet had dust in it. My view was a construction site and the personelle said it was normal that the bed was not made when I asked. My colleague did pay the same rate for an apartment which was clean, with a bed made, a nice view and twice the size of my appartement. You do have great apartments, please stop renting out 31C until it is renovated and provided with a real and clean bed.

Please don’t rent an apartment here, I booked a property for 3 people, when we arrived they charged extra because the check in is only till 7 pm, also when we went inside the room the bed was not having sheets and blankets and the sofa was that small that just a baby can sleep there, we went to complain and the guy told us but there are sheets and blanks in the apartment you can organize your own bed and sofa. i really could not believe why you pay the amount they are charging to find a bed that is not ready to sleep and also the check in should be flexible at the end they didn’t care and just said I will give you back the money to leave the place
