Never complain any property before. We arrive 20 Nov 23,once we step at the front door the lift is not working, the place not safe ( 2 policeman told me it a rough place to stay) once we enter we couldn't believe what we saw. Rat running at the corner, cables on the floor just outside the room. The room measure 2.5 x2 meters sq, no room to move around without luggage. Another room we found hairs on the bed and bathroom size like 2 door wardrobes. We had to leave the place that night to look for another place. Internet photos is totally different. So disappointing.

Very very small room you will not be able to move or even open your luggage . place is not safe, receptionist is from Philippines & very unprofessional & bit rude . My advice your are spending money get a room for human being & not a bed space or rat’s nest .

We were so glad they allowed us to check in early. The room is tinier than the one we stayed in which was also in Chunking. There was no fridge, but there was a microwave. They had no water dispenser but they had a pitcher near the entrance but it runs out of water sometimes to we just bought our own water. They provide coffee, hot water and tea though. The water flow in the bathroom is a bit bad, does not flush properly and water goes up so slow.
