Used this hotel for a night before leaving on vacation, to park while on vacation, and a night after returning from vacation. Employees are all very friendly. Room was ready upon check-in. We ate at the restaurant and the food was amazing!! They shuttled us to and from the airport, the driver both times was great! Very well organized. They had hot coffee in the lobby in the mornings. And the prices were more than reasonable We will definitely return!

Doing park n fly. Check in by wonderful fellow named Lucky. He helped us old folks with our luggage. Room very clean and comfortable. Our car is parked in full view of many rooms so we don't have to worry about it.

Hotel/Room was just OK - it's showing its age. Housekeeping could use a tune up - bed and bath were clean but an obvious lack of attention to detail (hotel manager is more than welcome to reach out to me privately for specifics). Reception was friendly and courteous. Adequate restaurant. Shuttle drivers were amazing. January 2024 Update: Recently stayed there again, and again minor housekeeping issues. The general manager is more than welcome to reach out to me for details of both occasions.

Great experience at this hotel which we booked to leave our car and use the airport shuttle while on vacation. Hotel staff was very helpful and efficient, rooms were clean and quiet. The restaurant was excellent, Sham's service was spot on with helpful recommendations and service and the food was exceptional, both for dinner and breakfast. This is the place to eat if you have a big appetite, large portions of very good quality food. Sham was outstanding and we now know where to eat when in this area!

Many problems with this hotel do not stay here. 1) Poor customer service of the gentlemen on nights. Our plane landed at 4 in the morning and we called for the shuttle and we were standing by the sign that said "hotel shuttles" and we could not find the shuttle. Called back and we explained as to where we were pillar 48 and he continued to say " I don't care where you are you need to be here" which was pillar 13 "you have 5 minutes to get there or we are leaving and you will have to wait until 5:15 for the next bus" so I said okay we will walk and he continued to SLAM the phone down on me. We did not end up staying at the hotel to sleep before we had a 4 hour drive home as we did not appreciate how we were treated. 2)Got our name and card information wrong twice on the phone and was still wrong at check in. Will not be staying here again.
