Quite surprised at how lovely this hotel was! Quick check in, clean room, comfy bed and lots of seating areas in the common places as well. Oh the mirror/lighting in the bathroom was amazing and our mini fridge was huge so it fit our medium pizza box perfectly. Haha

I stayed here on a 3 day business trip. It was absolutely perfect. Clean modern and lovely beds. Not to mention a great breakfast and a 24/7 free hot drink machine. Yes its a little more expensive than the run of the mill hotel in Kingston but the quality is also beyond all the others. Highly recommend this will be my go to stay in Kingston. 5 stars!

Rooms were very nice Wide selection at breakfast! (Buffet style) Amazing staff! I needed new towels and a bed sheet for my son and kayden at the front desk had them at my room extremely quickly! Super friendly and attentive! Will 100% be coming back!

Friendly staff, clean room. Floor by bed and bath tube was a bit squeaky but other than that it was great. We were at the top (3rd) floor, lots of the rooms nearby were occupied but we didn't heard any noize or tv's. Pillows are memory foams. Beds are soft but not to much. This hotel as no pool but it as a gym. The included breakfast buffet was great and theirs a staff member to assist if needed (she help me with the waffle maker) and to make sure everything stay topped up.

I cannot express enough how incredible the hotel staff at Comfort Inn have been during my stays. They consistently go above and beyond to make me feel like a cherished member of their family. It's the warmth and hospitality of the staff that keeps me coming back to this wonderful hotel. From the moment I walk through the doors, I'm greeted with genuine smiles and a warm welcome. They remember my name and preferences, which adds a personal touch that truly sets this hotel apart. Whether I'm traveling for business or leisure, their attention to detail never wavers. The rooms are always impeccably clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing retreat after a long day. But it's the people who work here that make the real difference. They are always willing to assist with any request and do so with enthusiasm. Their local knowledge has led me to discover hidden gems in the area, and their dining recommendations have never disappointed. The incredible hotel staff at Comfort Inn has turned this hotel into my home away from home. I can't thank them enough for their dedication to making every stay memorable. If you're looking for a hotel where you're treated like family, I wholeheartedly recommend Comfort Inn. You won't be disappointed! Ps - Extra shoutout to Sharon because she is the absolute best!
