Went here with my family and the price reflects the rooms. The rooms were nice but not spacious enough when you have kids. The breakfast had very limited choices. Pool wasn’t heated and the hot tub wasn’t that hot too, more like warm tub lol. And it wasn’t really that big. Their staffs were friendly throughout our stay.

OVERALL: This is a great budget hotel! I've stayed here before and I'll definitely stay again. 👌😀 Plenty of free parking. ROOMS: Modern, clean, big flat screens in the room, comfy beds, big bathtub/shower, fast internet, nice desk for work. 2 little kids had no problem playing with toys in here. **If you are on the traffic/road side, if you're sensitive to traffic noise, it is a busy road. We use a white noise machine when sleeping and it wasn't much of an issue, but you could request a room on the back side.** BREAKFAST: The breakfast is fantastic! the lady (I think she's French) was an absolute delight. My little boy was quite charmed by her. Usual fare of eggs, sausage, toast, cereal, muffins, waffles, fruit, coffee/tea, juice etc. **It can get a bit crowded, and might be waiting a few minutes for a seat during busy times** POOL/HOT TUB: The pool is small and can get crowded, same for the hot tub (Saturday night), but they're nice. The slide is fun but super fast and not suited for small kids. **The acoustics in the pool room are such that a group of screaming girls going down the slide filled the room with piercing shrieks, and that was a bit uncomfortable, but they were having fun, and I'm not trying to be a spoilsport. If they hung a couple of sound absorbing panels from the ceiling it might take the edge off of that.** FINAL WORDS: I've traveled all over the world (45 countries) and this hotel is great. Don't be put off by the negative reviews, you'll be just fine here.

The rooms are okay. The beds are very comfortable but the lay out is a bit tight for people to walk around the room. The carpets need to be cleaned but other than that the room fit our needs. The pool with the slide was great! The elevators are a bit tore up inside and slow but they worked. The free breakfast was a good deal. The location was idea for us and near downtown.

Spoke to a curt at the front desk. He was so rude. Wouldn't provide any recommendations after he told me they wouldn't accept visa debit for a deposit, when I was told by the reservation company they would. So I'm out 600 dollars. And he hid in the back room so he didn't have to deal with the situation. I had to sit in the waiting area with a sick child to figure out what I was going to do. He was very unhelpful. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. We went to days in down the street where the service was fast and 100% better, and accepted visa debit.

Booked throu Priceline, went into room and smelled Erin in the bathroom, went to front dest to complain and he did not do anything. Asked for refund, he said I had to contact priceline I did calls made back and forth. Comfort inn claim no documentation of event. Now I have to wait for person that was there that night to come in. Doesn't look good for my refund. I just wanted a clean room , and now I have a head ace
