I went there with a group of 5 coworkers. We lasted less than an hour. When we walked in we were hit with a powerful chemical smell. At first I thought it was just the cleaner but it was all the way up to my room. The room itself was beat up and one of my colleagues sent us a picture of mold on the wall. The smell started to overpower and burn my nose. We all commented on it. When one of my group went to the front desk, there was another group of people already checking out to go somewhere else. They were complaining about the same thing. The last straw was looking at the reviews and seeing what others said the echoed what we did along with what someone found staff doing. The hotel we went to was the same cost and ridiculously better

The only bright spot about this hotel was the staff seemed somewhat friendly. The room was terrible, gum was in the carpet, there were few towels. Shower did not have enough water pressure and the tub was dirty. However, I will say that the breakfast was good and again, friendly staff serving the food. The location of the hotel is dangerous (heard gunshots the 2nd night of our trip).

This hotel is in a great location as it is close to lots of attractions. The front so far has been nice. The rooms aren’t great at all. The guest room I had, had a horrible smell and one of the needs was broken as if it was missing a leg. One side of unit elevator was broken (people were stuck in it). The second room they moved me to was better but there was NO HOT WATER! When I went to the front desk the person said they have been having issues with the hot water and they hope to get it fixed soon. That didn’t help me! I should have been made aware of this when I checked in. At that point it would’ve given me an option to change if needed. I will NEVER choose this location again. I visited a family member at the Comfort Inn Airport and it was amazing. That’s where I will book the next time.

We had a special event that kept us at this location for just over a week. The staff is TOP-NOTCH! They kept everything smelling clean, and were very helpful and friendly. We had a situation in the parking lot one night with some drunk creeps hanging out, and when my son became concerned for the safety of his sister and his mom, who would be coming in later, they responded with security and made sure that they got parked and into the building safely. We were very grateful for their prompt response and taking my son seriously. Sadly, this hotel is in need of some maintenance and updating, otherwise it would be a perfect review. The tub in our room was separating from the floor and had definitely seen better days. One of the elevators went down while we were there. I do believe the staff does their absolute best to keep it clean and in order, but some construction needs to be done to the structure itself, to bump it up to the level the staff is fighting to maintain.
