A moderate stay in a convenient location. Stayed for 4 nights on vacation. Within a half hour drive from downtown, the zoo, and Canada's Wonderland, with many restaurants within a 5 minute drive. Not much within walking distance, but a really nice little pub about a 15 minute walk up the road with nice staff and good food. Walls were paper thin, but it was generally fairly quiet. Room was sizable. Bed was neither comfortable or uncomfortable, but did the job. No shampoo/conditioner/body wash included in the room but was able to request, and room service came most days to replenish towels (missed us completely one day). Breakfast was included but not super organized, but what do you want for free. And included parking was a huge bonus. Room was not super clean - some hairs left around the room, stains on sheets/comforter, and soap rings left on the bathroom counter. No pool on location. Great spot to lay your head, but would consider elsewhere if you plan to spend any amount of time in your room.

Nice place to stay, comfortable rooms, great beds and pillows! Free breakfast with a good selection оf dishes. There is a small gym. The hotel staff is friendly, not annoying.

I stayed at the hotel because it was close to the airport and the rooms are not bad and it is a hotel with a nice shower and bathroom. However, the breakfast is very bad and the variety is very limited. The most interesting thing is that they serve plastic cutlery and cardboard plates for breakfast. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels in many countries and I have never seen a hotel that does not value its customers in this way. It was really disappointing for me.

I called to reserve 7 rooms with 8 nights of parking for a group vacation we have coming up in Feb. They expected me to pay the entire 3k bill upfront with no cancellation. They also told me to go and book online? Why even take reservation calls. We called better hotels in the area like Embassy Suites and Holiday Inn and both said they would hold the same reservation with a CC and said we had until Feb 21st to cancel. We have no intentions on canceling. We want the convenience of our guests being able to update the reservation with their CC upon check in or if we don't need as many parking spots we could make changes. I've never been asked to pay upfront before. Very sketchy.

We arrived after midnight after a long trip, and it was cold outside. We were assigned a room without heat and at I went to the front desk at 1:00 am and the guy told us that our room doesn't have heat and he didn't remember about that issue in the moment that he assigned the room. He gave us a better room but he was confused if he needed to charge us extra for the change. At the end, the hotel didn't charge us.
