This is by far the best budget lodge I have ever stayed, and I travel a lot. Oir family stayed here for a week exploring the surrounding national parks and we all enjoyed our stay very much. The front desk is very friendly and helpful, not one or two people but all of them. The property was clean, welcoming and cozy. The room was neat, functioning, and spotless clean. My 2 young girls felt safe running around the property by themselves. The breakfast was good, enough supply for all food and drinks, not overly crowded. Kudos to the whole team, you all deserve a raise.

We got here in the slow season and prices were reasonable. Peak season prices would offer a different perspective. But clean, friendly staff, great breakfast for the family, and obviously all the sights within a days drive!

This was a good place to stay, and one I would visit again. The rooms were decent sized and clean with no bad odors. Breakfast was on the better side with eggs, bacon, waffles, and other regular fare. The staff was friendly as well and both check in and check out went smoothly.

The rooms were very good Comfort Inn rooms. New bedding new pillows. The little fridge that they provide is completely inadequate however. They need to install fridges with separate freezer doors. Also there were no lounge chairs by the pool. There were only two tables with four chairs at each table. Kind of cheap with the patio furniture. I'm going to try the Parry next time I go down there

Spending 1 night in Kanab, looked into the cute mom & pop motels but decided against them for various reasons. This Comfort Suites was within easy walking distance to a park, an ATM, several restaurants, and just surrounded by gorgeous scenery. The property was immaculate, parking was easy, lobby was modern and spacious, front desk staff friendly. A lot of families were arriving at the same time as us, and I was worried it was going to be a noisy stay. We were on the 3rd (top) floor across from the elevator. It was probably the quietest stay I've had in a hotel. Absolutely no sound from other guests. 2Q suite room was perfect for our family group. Did not use the outdoor pool, but it looked nice (too busy for us). Breakfast area spacious, with the normal decent selection of foods. The neighborhood is small-town safe. Would most definitely stay again!
