Nice and quiet. Room was clean. Bed was hard as a brick. I ended up sleeping on the couch. Hard beds are not good for people with back problems. Breakfast was ok. The hard bed is the only reason for the low score and I definitely wouldn't come back because of it. Check out is 11 but housekeeping was trying to kick me out before 10. The girl that checked me in wasn't very pleasant.

I stayed here this past weekend and I will never do it again. I came in late Friday and woke up Saturday morning to blood on the comforter. It was covered by the sheet. Seems like they don't even wash the comforters. I put the "Please do not disturb" sign Saturday morning and let the staff know we would be sleeping. The housekeeping staff still preceded to come in. I told the staff at the front desk again that we would be sleeping. I spoke to the "manager" of the hotel and he pretty much blamed the housekeeping staff even though he is over them or so I thought. Don't waste you money. They might have lower rates for the area but there's a reason for that.

Overall my family had a great experience. The facility was quiet, well kept up with and rooms were clean and comfy. The two young ladies working the from desk were friendly and extremely helpful. I didn’t get both of their names but Ms. Alexandria was professional and overall staff were nice. The only thing I didn’t like much was the toilet seat in my room was broken but nothing to really complain about. 9/10

I called and made a reservation a day or two before i came to town and specifically asked if they had a hot tub, and they said yes. I get there, and the hot tub is out of order . I was told it has been that way for a little over a week. 😡 This was a family vacation, and the kids were looking forward to swinging in the hot tub. The indoor pool and hot tub were far too cold to have the kids swim

I can’t believe all the things there are out of order at this hotel: - The men’s room when I came in - The hot tub - Door lock to the pool and pool door rusted - Jagged rusted metal sticking out of door in pool area - The pool restroom is out of order - Even after they got the Wi-Fi working, it kept going down and was unusable - Exercise machine out of service in the exercise room - The clock in the breakfast area and facing the front lobby have stopped - Hand sanitizer next to the elevator does not work - The number outside my room was missing and had a paper number - The chair in the front lobby had gross stains on the seat cushion - There are no towel racks in the shower area in the room There was a hot breakfast. However, it had the same few items every morning. When I went to check out, the bill was higher than the amount quoted on my reservation. To add insult to injury, there was even a fee for using a credit card. I questioned them about it. They said that they charged everyone for using a credit card. Other hotels in the area that I had stayed at do not charge for using a credit card. When I checked in, they said that they would deduct the $150 deposit from my bill. They did not. They made an additional charge for the whole amount. I asked about my deposit. They said that it could take 10 days for it to be refunded. My check-in and check-out experience did not go well. Not only were the people at the front desk not friendly, it seems like all the staff were not very friendly. No one ever welcomed me, said good morning or anything nice. It was like they were all mad about something. It was not a very pleasant place. It was a real disappointment.
